The 12 Dimensions of Life 5–4–3–2–1🚀

Story📔

  1. I slept on the floor and with the light on for my stoic experiment. In the beginning, I felt comfortable sleeping without a mattress, but then I realized the difference. That is how you honor the little things of your life people!! → By taking away what you already have for a while. Wanna be grateful for food? Fast for 24 or 18 hours if you are a beginner. Wanna be grateful for the incredible invention of all time “the Internet”? Turn it off for the 30s, a day or week depending on your resilience. That is how you find the value or importance of matters around you. By understanding the extreme of two circumstances and honoring being in between. That is how you find inner peace or what other people call happiness.

If you do not want to do these experiments, ask this question to yourself: “What is something that you do not have and you would never wish you had?”

  1. Today I experimented with 24-hour fasting while having an intensive running workout afterward before eating anything. I realized that I had more energy and mental clarity.

🔰What I Had Learned?

MECE: mutually exclusive (they don’t overlap) and collectively exhaustive (they cover all possibilities). There is no cross over and everything is all covered

Sleep💤

I realized that my oversleeping problem is turning into a habit, which is a bad sign for productivity and mental health. Today’s sleep made me feel a little bad and guilty. I understand myself but did not just do it. I am using the 5-second technique to deal with this.

“The simple life hack coined by best-selling author Mel Robbins in her book “The 5 Second Rule” requires you to make a decision in five seconds. The rule is easy: When an opportunity arises, don’t think about it — just count 5–4–3–2–1 and decide.”

Why is so hard to do the little things that would improve my life?

Bed Time Ritual:

  • Body contact for better sleep
  • Intentionality: Mind & Body Recovery, IdeaBurst dreams,
  • On the bed at 9:00 PM for reading or meditation or Wif Hof breathing

My Getting Up Ritual:

  • After 5 AM wake up get up
  • Use the 5-second technique
  • Focus on action, not on emotions and excuses.

Awareness🎗️

  1. School securing me secure and under control of situations.
  2. Most of the time we feel that we are left behind and everybody is progressing, but in actuality, others might just have the same problem that you are frequenting right now. How could you take advantage of that and take your leap forward? Maybe you could build a business upon that problem by realizing that you are not alone.

Headaches🤕

Mind-Body Agreement

Figure out a system that works for me. Time/ Organization/ results/ calendar/ prioritization/ the balance of feeling secure and facing fears/

2. Life Vision

Reenvision to embrace the most out of TKS. I want to realign with myself in terms of goals and vision. I believe that is why I am not getting the most out of my plans.

I am currently redoing my Life Book by Jon Butcher. I highly recommend it, which will really lighten the WHY for everything you do. 12 Dimensions of Mastery, The Lifebook Quest Jon Butcher

Epiphany💡

  1. Stop focusing on the emotion. Human is biologically emotional and most of the time ruin our decision-making.
  2. Set intentional time for reflection and allocate time just for your emotion to be expressed. I do morning meditation and a shower party.🥳
  1. Feelings do not matter; planning does not matter, and motivation does not matter. None of these matters without doing. What is significant is only actions. Move from helplessness to action.

Quotes ✍️

“What you think and feel does not matter. The only thing that matter is what you do.”

“What is significant is only actions.”

“Within the controllable, out of uncertainty”

— Juky

The most successful people do not have the habit of hesitating. They trust themselves.

— Mel Robbins

Turn knowledge into action. 5–4–3–2–1. DO IT!

Questions⁉

  1. How to focus on actions instead of emotions?
  2. What is something that you do not have and you would never wish you had?
  3. Why should I devote my time if the founder is investing less time?

I recently received this question from one of my co-founders and here is how I would address it:

So yeah, I see where the conversation is going and the perspective of this question. Different people have different skills and a different amount of time is needed to accomplish the task. Our ultimate goal is growth and learning. So for every dilemma, ask this question: ”What is the path that I can grow the most?” Challenge yourself beyond your limits. Remember this:

“When you fight for your limitations, you get to keep them.”

— Jim Kwik

Mindset🧠

Stoicism

Stoicism is, at its root, a philosophy for minimizing the negative emotions in your life and maximizing your gratitude and joy; it includes mindfulness practices and value-based living. Stoicism is a tool to amplify your human experience, both internally and externally.

🆘Help

I need to find myself in the right place again. I feel completely lost in whatever I am doing. I plan but my body just does not follow. I understand the issue and I try to tackle it but never works… I am somehow depressed and upset with myself.

Motivation How to schedule a calendar and organize it? How to ignore thoughts knowing that it is your fault from the past?

I feel like attention is too scattered all the time and I could not get anything done. I know time blocking. I know theme day. I know figure it out. But it is just not happening…

I feel like everything I do is a form of suffering and does not align with me anymore. I believe I am in an emotional crisis having this void inside of me. What I do does not make sense anymore.
